Is this replacing my employees?
No. QIH is not here to replace your team's judgment, relationships or expertise. What it does is absorb the repetitive coordination and administrative work, the kind of work you would otherwise hire for or pull good people off real work to handle.
Some of our clients find that as automation takes over the routine work, they can hold off on their next hire, redeploy staff onto higher value work, or win back billable hours that were going to admin. During discovery we define exactly what the system may complete on its own, what has to be routed to a person for approval, and what stays entirely human led.
What decisions can the AI operators make on their own?
Whatever you authorize, and nothing else. Low risk, repeatable actions such as drafting a follow-up, updating a record or assembling a report can run automatically. Financial commitments, sensitive communications, personnel matters and anything with real consequence get routed to you for approval. Those boundaries are written down during implementation and you can change them at any time.
Do I have to replace the systems I already use?
Usually not. We start by working out what should stay, what should be connected and what is genuinely missing. Ripping out working software creates disruption and migration cost for no return. If your CRM is fine, we build around it.
How does billing work?
You pay for the build up front. Your weekly service rate does not start until your system is live and handed over to you, so you are never paying to run something that is not standing yet.
Weekly is the standard. If you would rather be billed monthly, tell your team during onboarding and we will set it up. Monthly billing runs on your anniversary date, meaning the same date each month from launch, so there is no partial first month and no proration to argue about.
What does the one time build fee cover?
Everything required to stand the system up. Discovery and architecture, the website, CRM configuration, your dashboard, the automations, connecting your existing accounts, testing, training and go live. The price is fixed and scoped before any work starts.
What happens when an automation fails?
Automated monitoring watches your workflows and alerts our team when something stops behaving, usually before you notice. A person investigates, fixes it, and tells you what happened and what changed.
If you spot it first, hit report a problem in your dashboard chat. It lands on our board as a repair for your account and we come back to you by email. Repairs to anything we built and manage are always covered and never come out of your included support time.
What happens if we cancel?
After the three month minimum the agreement continues week to week and can be ended any time with 30 days' written notice.
You keep your business data and receive a complete export within 30 days. You keep your website, your CRM configuration, your books setup and your documentation. Automations we built directly inside systems you own, such as your CRM, stay with you and keep running.
Your AI business operators and anything running on our cloud infrastructure remain our property and stop when the service stops. Those were built and hosted by us and were never sitting in your environment.
How long until we are live?
Typically 6 to 7 weeks from purchase for Launch and Growth. Command and Enterprise are scoped individually.
Timelines can move if we are waiting on you. The most common delays are access credentials and API keys we need to connect your accounts, and assets that have not been bought yet, such as a domain or hosting for a site we are meant to migrate. We cannot build on something that does not exist. The other big factor is approval speed, so we ask for decisions back inside 48 to 72 hours.
Can we start smaller and move up later?
Yes. Most clients start at Launch or Growth and add capability as they grow. Moving up credits your original build against the higher package, so you never pay twice for the same foundation.
If what you need is smaller than anything listed here, book the call anyway. We will look at the scope and quote you a custom rate for just the piece you actually need.
